ARTEMISIA CAPILLARIS LIQUOR COMPOSITION REINFORCED WITH COUMARINES WHICH INHIBITS LIVER METABOLISM LOWERING BY ACETALDEHYDE CAUSING FATTY LIVER DURING DECOMPOSITION OF LIQUOR, AND WITH FLAVOR OF ARTEMISIA CAPILLARIS IN WHICH THE BITTER TASTE IS REMOVED

PURPOSE: A liquor composition comprising Artemisia capillaris is provided, which liquor composition is reinforced with Coumarines which inhibits liver metabolism lowering by acetaldehyde causing fatty liver during decomposition of liquor, and with flavor of Artemisia capillaris in which the bitter taste is removed. CONSTITUTION: The liquor composition comprises 70 to 150g of Artemisia capillaris extract as a main component, and 10 liter of water, 2 to 4 liter of alcohol, 20 to 50g of Lycium chinense Miller, 20 to 50g of Crataegus pinnatida BGE., 20 to 50g of Cornus officinalis SIEB, 10g of Rubus coreanus MIQ, 50 to 100g of Astragalus membranceus Bunge, 20 to 25g of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer, 100g of Adenophora triphylla var., 50 to 100g of Liriope platyphylla WANG., 25 to 50g of Pueraria lobata, 15 to 25g of Cinnamomum cassia Blume, 25 to 50g of Zingiber officinale Rosco, 25 to 50g of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fischer and 50 to 100g of jujube, wherein the Artemisia capillaris extract is obtained by dipping Artemisia capillaris in ethanol, methanol or fermented alcohol.
