PURPOSE: Provided is a conductive high polymer film which lets a conductive high polymer adhered to the surface of the film so that it improves anti-static function and blocking function against electronic waves. CONSTITUTION: The conductive high polymer film is characterized by using polythiophene materials or derivatives thereof as the conductive high polymer, in which visible transmission rate of the conductive high polymer film is 78% or more, surface authentic resistance is 10¬3-10¬12¥Ø and the thickness of a conductive high polymer layer is 3μm and less. The high polymer film includes acetyl cellulose materials or norbornene materials.
