RING FRAME AUTO-WELDING DEVICE FOR IMPROVING PRODUCTION EFFICIENCY OF A RING FRAME BY A STRAIGHTENING MANAGEMENT THROUGH WELDING AND PREHEATING THE RING FRAME

PURPOSE: A ring frame auto-welding device is provided to increase safety and simplicity of welding a ring frame by using a dedicated device and an additional device, to enhance a working efficiency by reducing a preparation and waiting time, and to improve an accuracy management against deformation. CONSTITUTION: A welding head(2), a wire reel(3), a main control board(4), a flux recovering device(5), and a first(6) and a second flux storage tanks(7) are loaded on a head unit girder(1). An auxiliary crane(8) is installed rotatively left and right on the above whole structure so that the whole structure rotates in a ninety degree angle around a head girder rotation gear(10) by a head girder rotation motor(9). A ring frame auto-welding device is composed of a pressurizing device for preventing both front and backside of a welding pointer from being deformed and for guiding while welding the ring frame; a pressurizing guide roller installed left and right of a lower part to fix the ring frame; a control board installed upward from the earth to control the welder; a welding data recording board installed on the head unit to write down welding data such as welding electric currunt, voltage, velocity, and preheating temperature; and a heater combined with a heating pad to heat the ring frame.
