PURPOSE: A power amplifier module is provided to remove specific harmonics from an output signal without affecting characteristics of a power amplifier module. CONSTITUTION: An amplifier(200) amplifies an input signal to a predetermined magnitude. A matching portion(210) is implemented to be coupled with the amplifier and matches the magnitude of the signal from the amplifier. A harmonic controller(220) removes harmonics with a specific frequency band from the output of the matching portion. The harmonic controller is a series resonance circuit having an inductor(224) and a capacitor(228) connected in series.
