PURPOSE: A power generating device by using buoyancy and gravity is provided to generate electric energy by rotating a turbine in transferring fluid by buoyancy of water and tare of a float, and to prevent environment pollution by recycling the waste ship. CONSTITUTION: A power generating device comprises a water tank(20) storing water through a water gate, a floating body(30) installed in the water tank for lifting up by buoyancy in flowing water into the water tank and lifting down by gravity in draining water out of the water tank, plural hydraulic cylinders(40) mounted in the bottom of the water tank to apply pressure to fluid in the cylinder by operating the piston in extending and contracting the piston rod when lifting up and down the floating body, a transfer pipe(50) communicated with the cylinder body to transfer fluid forward or reversely by pressure in operating the piston of the hydraulic cylinder, a bypass valve(60) installed in the transfer pipe to flow fluid unidirectionally, and a generator(70) mounted in the transfer pipe to generate energy by rotating a turbine in streaming fluid. |
