BIPOLAR PLATE FOR FUEL CELL PREVENTING CORROSION AND METALLIC PARTS MATERIAL

PURPOSE: Provided is a bipolar plate for a fuel cell which uses solid amorphous alloy as a main material to overcome corrosion situation, which is most severe problem in the preexisting metallic bipolar plate. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the bipolar plate, the end plate, the cold plate or the separation sheet for the fuel cell comprises the steps of: (i) preparing a cast for amorphous alloy formation; (ii) putting the cast to a mold supplying a mold cavity with the type of the bipolar plate, the end plate, the cold plate or the separation sheet; and (iii) cooling the cast within the mold cavity at above marginal cooling speed for amorphous alloy formation.
