PURPOSE: A drawn yarn manufacturing machine is characterized by containing two screws of an extruder, installing a T-die on each screw, quenching melted materials discharged simultaneously with the same quenching part, cutting individually the quenched materials on an upper side and a lower side of a transfer roll, drawing simultaneously the cut yarns on an upper part and a lower part of a drawing part, being capable of outputting the yarns twice and reducing labor cost. CONSTITUTION: A drawn yarn manufacturing machine comprises an extruder, a drawing device and a winder. The extruder comprises: a pair of T-dies(101,102) connected to an outlet of a heating and transferring device containing independent screws(103,104) and accorded with width of extruded material; and a quenching part(110) quenching simultaneously the extruded materials. The drawing device comprises: a transfer roller 1(201) transferring simultaneously the quenched and extruded materials; a pair of transfer rollers 2(204-1,204-2) dividing the quenched materials on the transfer roller 1; a pair of cutters(210,220) which are installed on an upper part and a lower part of a fixed bracket(202) of the transfer roller 1, cutting individually the sheet type material; a first drawing part drawing simultaneously the cut materials transferred from each transfer roller; drawing rollers fixing, regulating draw ratio of the yarn drawn on the first drawing part and transferring the yarn to a second drawing part. |
