PURPOSE: A data communication device equipped with latch-up prevention configuration is provided to realize high reliability without the latch-up by preventing current from entering a CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) with a diode in case that an electromagnetic signal is received through an antenna. CONSTITUTION: The device includes the antenna(500), the CMOSs(510,520) generating a signal for outputting communication data through the antenna, and an antenna connecting circuit connecting an output part of the semiconductor circuit and the antenna. The output part for the antenna connection part has duplex output configuration of a power connection MOS drain of an MOS connected to power and a ground connection MOS drain of the MOS connected to the ground. The antenna connection circuit is an electric device for preventing the current from entering a CMOS side at the power connection MOS drain.
