The scooter has a front steering wheel (200) that is directed and steered through a steering axle (60) fixed to a rear end (72) of a horizontal bar (70). The horizontal bar is articulated at its front end to a handlebar (30) that is provided with handles (54, 56). The horizontal bar is steered towards right or left by a driver standing uprightly in lateral position on a horizontal platform (15), by actuating the handles.
