The head has a cage (36) and a ball joint (37) that are axially opened to be arranged in respective clamp collars for immobilizing the ball joint and a leg which supports a retainer (4). A clamping device (25) closes the clamp collars and simultaneously immobilizes the leg and the ball joint at the interior of the ball joint and at the interior of the cage, respectively.
