PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable compressor for improving oil supply to a sliding portion while suppressing the elution of a resin material due to the super critical condition of a carbon dioxide refrigerant, wherein inexpensive materials similar to conventional ones can be applied to enamel wires or films used for an electric operated element. SOLUTION: In the multistage compressor using the carbon dioxide refrigerant, its sealed container is divided into a space including the electric operated element and a space including a compression element and refrigerant oil to secure reliability on the elusion deterioration of the resin material in the super critical condition and on high operating pressure.
