PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of efficiently and economically reducing dusting in coke production facilities. SOLUTION: Dust coal and excess sludge are mixed and allowed to agglomerate. Particularly in preparing charging coal, the original coal is classified into coarse coal and dust coal, and the dust coal is mixed with excess sludge, and thereafter the resulting mixture should be mixed again with the above coarse coal.
