PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing member of a vacuum formed product improved in the strength and rigidity of the vacuum formed product as compared with conventional vacuum formed products having a substantially U-shaped reinforcing member in cross section formed, by constituting the reinforcing member of at least overlapping parts obtained by overlapping the sheets for vacuum forming.
