PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and assembly work of the parts by a temporary stopper of the mirror side and a clip being integrated. SOLUTION: A pawl part 11 as the temporary stopper of the mirror side and the clip 13 fixing a harness 6 to a base 3 are integrated. The clip body which the pawl part 11 as the temporary stopper of the mirror side and the clip 13 fixing the harness 6 to the base 3 are integrated is made to be symmetrical.
