PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize miniaturization and weight reduction of a transfer device, to hardly cause vibration and noise and to enhance durability. SOLUTION: A sub shifting mechanism 41 comprises a sun gear 69 for receiving input torque; a first sleeve 81 provided with an internal gear 71; a planetary gear 67 engaged with the sun gear 69 and the internal gear 71; a planetary carrier in which one end of a carrier pin 77 for rotatably supporting the planetary gear 67 is supported by a carrier plate 65 and the other end is supported by a differential case 79 of a center differential 43; and a gear part 83 on a stationary side engaged by shifting-traveling the first sleeve 81 to one side and a gear part 85 of the differential case 79 engaged by shifting-traveling it to the other side. The center differential 43 and the sub-shifting change mechanism 41 are arranged adjacent to each other and are integrally formed in a rotative direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
