PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appliance capable of further surely inserting a cervical part artificial appliance having an inserting appliance. SOLUTION: This invention has the cervical part artificial appliance 3, the inserting appliance, and a holder 20 for easily connecting a grip part 2 of the inserting appliance to this cervical part artificial appliance 3. The holder 20 receives the cervical part artificial appliance 3 so as to be accurately fittable, and has an opening part 26 for inserting the grip part 2 of the cervical part artificial appliance in a front face of the cervical part artificial appliance. This opening part 26 includes guide parts 30, 40 and 41 for guiding the grip part 2 of the inserting appliance up to a removing position. Here, the removing position is positioned so that a projecting part 18 of the complementary grip part 2 and a recessed part 15 of the cervical part artificial appliance are mutually opposed, and is a position for preparing for engagement.
