PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spoon with a shape of the plate section of a conventional spoon, which can be adapted to a special use to solve the problem that a special purpose spoon exclusively used for a special purpose is needed for separating coat and flesh part of a citrus fruit and turning up solid butter deeply conventionally. SOLUTION: In this invention, the shape of the plate section is the same shape as the conventional spoon, and the spoon has the cross-section of a wedge 3a extending from a leading edge 3 to a side edge 4 of the plate section 1.
