PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a firefighter's communication method stably communicating with headquarters inside/outside a building by using a conductor or a pipe of existing fire extinguishing equipment and separating communication media to be used in the transmission and receiving in the radio wave blockage part in the building. SOLUTION: A siamese connection 1a, a water supply pipe 1 and a pipe are conducted together in a building A having the radio wave blockage part, the conductor is laid along a fireplug hose 4 of each fireplug box 3 in the radio wave blockage part, the conductor is conducted to an intake in the fireplug box 3, a firefighter D with a transmitter/receiver enters in the radio wave blockage part, the fireplug hose 4 is extended, the radio wave is superimposed from the siamese connection 1a to the connected water supply pipe 1 and transmitted to the firefighter in the radio wave blockage part with the transmitter/receiver, the firefighter D receives it with the carried transmitter/receiver, the firefighter D superimposes the radio wave to the conductor of the fireplug hose 4 and the fireplug water supply pipe 2 with the transmitter/receiver, transmits it to the siamese connection 1a via the connected water supply pipe 2 and receives the transmission with the transmitter/receiver via the siamese connection 1a.
