PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge and a method of mounting a door using the hinge of a simple structure and an inexpensiveness without needing skill in mounting work. SOLUTION: This hinge used for mounting the door in an openable/closable manner to an opening frame is provided with a first blade plate and a second blade plate connected in a rotatable manner. The first blade plate is provided with a first hole long in a vertical direction, and at least one circular mounting hole. The second blade plate is provided with a second hole long in a lateral direction, and at least one circular mounting hole. The method of mounting the door using the hinge comprises a process of sticking the first blade plate to either one of the opening frame and the thickness direction side face of the door by a fastener inserted in the first hole long in the vertical direction and sticking the second blade plate to the other by a fastener inserted in the second hole long in the lateral direction; a process of making the fitting position adjustment of the door to the opening frame; and a process of sticking the first and second blade plates to the one and the other of the opening frame and the thickness direction side face of the door by fasteners inserted in the circular mounting holes formed in the first and second blade plates.
