PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo vehicle capable of sufficiently securing a space for installing a cargo means such as a lever or a switch, and capable of easily taking in and out a small article. SOLUTION: This cargo vehicle is provided with a vehicle body 1 capable of traveling and the cargo means 7 handling a cargo, and an operation means 11 for operating traveling of the vehicle body 1 and handling of the cargo by the cargo means is installed on an instrument panel 10 of a driver's seat 8. The panel 10 is formed in two upper and lower steps, the operation means 11 is arranged on an upper panel 10a, and a recessed part 12 for housing the small article having an upper surface opened is formed on a lower panel 10b.
