<p>The shock absorber has a shaft assembly (50), steering rod assembly (60) and a front fork (70) with a piston rod assembly (20) and a lock activator connected thereto. The lock activator controls the piston rod assembly to activate and deactivate the damping process. A cylinder (10) connected to the front fork is mounted displaceable in an inner tube (54) . The lock activator is attached close to the upper opening of the piston rod in same and is connected to the connecting member to move same up and down in piston rod to open and close longitudinal duct which connects selectively with upper and lower section of cylinder.</p> |
