Provided are a multifunctional food processor capable of processing various kinds of food and drying food, and a method for preparing a germinated brown rice, fermented rice or fermented soybeans or fermenting leaves by using the food processor. The multifunctional food processor comprises a main body(12) which is provided with a switch(19) for selecting a food material to be processed and has an accommodation part(14) of a certain space inside; a container which is optionally accommodated in the accommodation part to store the food material to be processed; and a heating part(16) which is installed in the main body and heats the food material to be processed, wherein the container comprises a wicker tray assembly(30a, 30b, 30c) which comprises a plurality of layered wicker trays(30) having a plurality of ventilation holes(34); and a control part(18) which sets the heating mode comprising heating temperature and time according to the selection of the switch to control the operation of the heating part. The heating mode comprises a high temperature fermentation mode at 41-45 deg.C for 8-32 hours; a room temperature fermentation mode at 20-29 deg.C for 8-32 hours; and a leaves fermentation mode at 52-60 deg.C for 15-30 hours.
