PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for removing skull adhered to dust collection pipe of an electric furnace, the apparatus capable of improving skull removing efficiency by mechanically separating skull stuck to the inner surface of an elbow from the elbow in the electric furnace. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for removing skull adhered to dust collection pipe of an electric furnace comprises a dust collection pipe(10) an upper portion of which is connected to a dust collection duct(150) installed at the upper side of an electric furnace roof(110), a lower portion of which is directed downward to be connected to a dust collection hole(111) formed on the roof, and on the side surface of which slits(11) for flowing in an external air are longitudinally formed such that the slits are continuously arranged along the outer circumferential surface of the dust collection duct to send dust generated in the electric furnace to the dust collection duct; and a removal means installed in the dust collection pipe to remove dust stuck to the inside of the dust collection pipe, wherein the removal means comprises a rotary shaft(20), a driving cylinder(21), a ring member(22), a skull separation plate, flanges(25), and buffer members(26), and wherein the apparatus further comprises a collection means comprising a hopper and a bucket to collect dust separated from the inside of the dust collection pipe.
