PURPOSE: Provided is a dental hand-piece with enhanced rotational efficiency wherein supply tube of compressed air and a part of exhaust tube are connected and a pathway is prepared. The high speed flow of compressed air passing through supply tube exerts exhaust pressure and enhances exhaust efficiency so that cutting ability of hand piece is increased due to enhanced rotational speed of air turbine. CONSTITUTION: The dental hand-piece comprises: a supply tube(120) of compressed air; an exhaust tube(125); and more than one connecting tube between supply tube and exhaust tube wherein an exhaust end of the supply tube and a suction end of the exhaust tube is located close by.
