摘要 PURPOSE: A method of making a formulation of lactic acid bacteria powder such as sugar beads by spraying polysaccharide aqueous solutions to refined sugar to make central seeds, spraying the polysaccharide aqueous solutions to the central seeds and drying is provided. It maximizes efficacy of lactic acid bacteria in the body while minimizing the death of lactic acid bacteria during the manufacturing process. The lactic acid bacteria powder is used in chocolate or confectionery such as chewing candies and the like. CONSTITUTION: The sugar beads are prepared by the steps of: producing central seeds by spraying polysaccharide aqueous solutions to refined sugar while adding icing sugar in a rotational state; forming sugar beads by spraying the polysaccharide aqueous solutions to the central seeds in a rotational state while adding mixed powder of lactic acid bacteria powder and icing sugar; and drying the formed sugar beads at a temperature of 20deg.C or less and at a relative humidity of 40% or less in an aseptic condition. During the forming stage, a sweetening agent, a coloring agent and a flavoring agent are added. After the forming state, a coating agent or a polishing agent is sprayed to the formed sugar beads.
