<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate fin type reactor capable of controlling the temperature of a reaction gas in a reactor to be within a certain range regardless of the flow rate of the reaction gas. <P>SOLUTION: In the reactor, a gas flow passage through which the reaction gas flows is composed of an outside gas flow passage 17a and an inside gas flow passage 17b, and a first refrigerant flow passage 18 through which a refrigerant flows is brought into contact with only the outside gas flow passage 17a. The first refrigerant flow passage 18 has a refrigerant inlet 14 at one side of the reactor and a refrigerant outlet 15 at the other side of the reactor. At one side of the reactor, a gas inlet 12 is provided in the outside gas flow passage 17a and a gas outlet 13 is provided in the inside gas flow passage 17b, and the outside gas flow passage 17a is connected to the inside gas flow passage 17b at the other side of the reactor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
