PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct frequency synthesizer capable of enhancing measurement accuracy of a spectrum analyzer.

SOLUTION: The direct frequency synthesizer comprises: a first frequency division path P1 which divides an applied reference signal SREFwith a first divider to obtain a first signal SX; a second frequency division path P2 which divides the reference signal SREFwith a second divider P to obtain a second signal SR, further divides the second signal SRwith a third divider Q to obtain a third signal SQand comprises a mixer which receives the second signal SRand the third signal SQ; and an output mixer M2 which receives the first signal SXand a mixed result of the second signal SRand the third signal SQto obtain an output signal SDFShaving a frequency relationship to the applied reference signal SREF.
