<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new DNA useful for screening, etc., of a prophylactic agent, a therapeutic agent or a testing agent related to proliferation/differentiation and functional maintenance of various kinds of organs, related to proliferation/differentiation and functional maintenance of cells such as cancer, autoimmune disease/allergy or related to aging and dysfunction and to provide a gene containing the DNA, a new polypeptide encoded with the DNA, a recombinant protein containing the polypeptide and an antibody against the new polypeptide. <P>SOLUTION: The DNA is composed of a base sequence encoding the following polypeptide (a) or (b). (a) a polypeptide composed of part or all of an amino acid sequence which is the same as or substantially the same as a specific amino acid sequence derived from a mouse or (b) a polypeptide composed of an amino acid sequence in which a part of amino acids are deleted, substituted or added in the specific amino acid sequence derived from the mouse and having substantially the same biological activity as that of the polypeptide (a). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
