PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take in wind by following up the change of the direction thereof without forming a weight on a rotating portion. SOLUTION: This wind power generating device comprises a tubular body 10, an air supply part 12, an exhaust part 14, and a windmill 16. The tubular body 10 is a cylindrical body closed at its upper and lower ends and formed in a fixed state. The air supply part 12 is rotatably disposed on the lower end side of the cylindrical body 10, and the exhaust part 14 is rotatably disposed on the upper end side of the tubular body 10. A wind direction guide plate 22 is installed on the outer surface of the body 12a of the air supply part 12, and the body 12a is rotated in the direction of the wind by the function of the wind direction guide plate 22 so that an air supply port 12b faces the upstream side of the wind at all times. The wind direction guide plate 22 is installed on the outer surface of the body 14a of the exhaust part 14, and the body 14a is rotated in the direction of the wind by the function of the wind direction guide plate 22 so that the exhaust port 14c faces the downstream side of the wind at all times.
