PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board case for preventing an illegal action with respect to a control board through the use of a simple configuration. SOLUTION: Relief parts 72, 73 for allowing connectors 46 connected to a control board 51 to be externally exposed are formed at the side parts of the case lid member 70 of a board case 55. An illegal opening preventing mechanism 100 includes: a plurality of main body-side engagement parts 110 connected to a case main body member 60; a plurality of lid side engagement parts 120 connected to the case lid member 70; and a plurality of connection members 150 for connecting the main body-side engagement part 110 to the lid-side engagement parts 120. The main body-side and lid-side engagement parts 110, 120 are connected by using the connection members 150, so that the case lid member 70 keeps a closed state with respect to the case main body member 60. When connection parts 125 between the lid-side engagement parts 120 and the case lid member 70 are cut, the case lid member 70 is rocked and opened while the connectors 46 are left connected to the control board 51.
