PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide constitution and a method by which utilizing an information recording medium in which irregular contents are stored can be prevented. SOLUTION: When contents stored in an information recording medium is reproduced, either of first ID information including no intrinsic discrimination information of the information recording medium or second ID information including intrinsic discrimination information of the information recording medium is read, verification of either of (a) data verification processing for the first ID information or (b) the data verification processing for the second ID information, and revoke verification processing of the information recording medium based on discrimination information of intrinsic information recording medium included in the second ID information is performed, contents reproduction processing is performed making conclusion of verification as conditions. Thereby, in a reproducer having no revoke list and also in a reproducer having the revoke list, Contents reproduction propriety determination based on fixed verification processing can be performed.
