PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which has good hot-offset resistance, compatibility between excellent hot storage resistance and excellent low-temperature fixability, and gives high image quality. SOLUTION: The toner contains an adhesive base obtained by reacting an active hydrogen group-containing compound with a polymer capable of reacting with the active hydrogen group-containing compound in an aqueous medium and at least two kinds of fine resin particles, and when one of the two kinds of fine resin particles having the highest glass transition temperature is represented by fine resin particles (A) and its glass transition temperature by (TgA), the other having the lowest glass transition temperature is represented by fine resin particles (B) and its glass transition temperature by (TgB), the expression: temperature difference (TgA-TgB)≥20°C is satisfied. Preferred aspects include an aspect where the mass ratio between the fine resin particles (A) and the fine resin particles (B) is 10:90 to 50:50. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
