PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper box in which food such as cakes to be carried at a low temperature is packaged and stored at the low cost with a very simple structure, the food in the paper box is excellently kept cold without deformation of the food in the paper box, and the quality of the food is maintained. SOLUTION: A peripheral edge of a sheet member 52 is fixed to an inner surface of an upper side part of a paper box 1 to store food such as unbaked cake which is open only in one direction, and a cold-preserving body accommodating part 55 to accommodate and hold a cold-preserving body 54 is formed between the inner surface of the upper side part of the paper box 1 and the sheet member 52.
