PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible coupling capable of miniaturizing a spacer without requiring any telescopic part, and having an excellent positioning function. SOLUTION: The flexible coupling 10 comprises a flange 22, a hub 20, a guide flange 30, a spacer 40, and a pilot ring 60. Facing surfaces of the hub 20 and the guide flange 30 are flat, and the hub 20 is positioned to the guide flange 30 by tightly fitting the pilot ring 60 to an outer circumferential surface 26 of the flange 22 of the hub 20, and an outer circumferential surface 34 of the guide flange 30. By using the pilot ring, no telescopic work is performed in the guide flange and the hub, and the flexible coupling can be manufactured more simply in a short time at a low cost.
