PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attenuate collision sound and eliminate it when a natural wind force ventilation window is closed by wind force in a strong wind. SOLUTION: The base of a second arm 5 is pivoted to the seat 4 fixed to the lower rail 2 and the base of a first arm 7 is pivoted to the front end of the second arm 7. A torsion coil spring 9 and a second torsion coil spring 8 urges each arm to the outside in the drawing. The frame 2 of a sliding screen 2 abutted on an abutting part 6 moves the first arm 7 to the indoor side against the spring force of the first torsion coil spring 9, and rotates the second arm 5 to the indoor side against the spring force of the second torsion coil spring 8.
