PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watertight sealing medium directly recyclable without separating from the cover in recycling waterproof protective parts such as for electric wire junctions, small in the difference between its viscosity at low temperatures and that at high temperatures, soft enough to be intrudable even into narrow gaps, and excellent in electrical insulation.
