STAINPROOF FILM AND APPLICATION THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a stainproof film enabling self-cleaning or easy cleaning of a surface also when a staining substance such as a combustion product such as carbon black or oil contained in an exhaust gas sticks thereto. SOLUTION: The stainproof film and the application thereof comprise a constitution wherein a layer of a vinyl alcohol polymer (B) of which the angle of contact with water is 55 degrees or less and which is made insoluble in water is laid on one surface of a base film (A). The surface of the stainproof film can be cleaned by itself or cleaned easily also when the staining substance such as the combustion product such as the carbon black or the oil contained in the exhaust gas sticks thereto.
