PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive body position changing auxiliary tool for easily changing a body position of a care receiver with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This body position changing auxiliary tool is used for assisting the care receiver 4 in changing the body position with the stature direction as the axis. The tool has a belt-like body holding part 2 for detachably holding a belt-like body 3, and a locking part 13 for locking an auxiliary tool body 1a in a state of changing the body position of the care receiver 4 via tension of the belt-like body 3 held by this belt-like body holding part 2.
