PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus with a simple-structured X-ray detector and amplification circuit device inexpensively with less signal deterioration. SOLUTION: The X-ray detector 12, which is disposed facing an X-ray source device 3 via a subject for outputting analog signals corresponding to detected X rays, consists of a plurality of X-ray detector modules 12a. The amplification circuit device 13, for amplifying the analog signals outputted from the X-ray detector 12 at a predetermined rate and converting the signals to digital signals, consists of a plurality of amplification circuit device modules 13a. Connectors 29 and 30 are mounted on opposite parts to each X-ray detector module 12a and each amplification circuit device module 13a respectively, and the X-ray detector module and the amplification circuit device module are directly connected with the connectors 29 and 30 in such a way that they can be detached from each other.
