MONOCHROMATIC FLUORESCENT PROBE

摘要

A monochromatic fluorescent probe which is a mutant of a fluorescent protein characterized by having a circular-permuted fluorescent protein (cpFP), a substrate domain and a phosphorylation recognition domain. By using the monochromatic fluorescent probe having the above-described characteristic, the activity of a protein phosphorylase in a vital cell or tissue can be assayed (real time) without preparing two types of fluorescent groups in order to assay the activity of a single protein phosphorylase. Moreover, the activity of a protein phosphorylase in a plural number of cells or tissues can be visualized, detected and assayed at the same time thereby.
