PURPOSE: A method for mobile credit card settlement using a mobile terminal embedded with a smart card is provided to enable a user to simply perform the settlement on an online shopping mall connected through a wired Internet browser by connecting the mobile terminal embedded with the smart card to a PC. CONSTITUTION: The online shopping mall(202) outputs a settlement screen according to a purchase request of the user, and receives user information and settlement request confirmation through the settlement screen. The online shopping mall transfers the user information and purchase information to a contracted PG(Payment Gateway)(203), and a PC browser outputs settlement price/payment means guide information received from the PG. A security channel between the PG and the PC(203) is formed by transmitting the selected payment means to the PG. After forming the security channel, the PC checks a mobile credit card embedded in the mobile terminal and performs user certification for using a mobile credit card function. After the certification, the PC requests the settlement to the mobile terminal(200) by operating an electronic credit card payment application.
