PURPOSE: A tire vulcanizing device for easily discharging condensate is provided to prevent ununiformity of vulcanizing from temperature difference of the tire, and to reduce vulcanizing time by automatically discharging condensate from a bladder with disturbance of temperature in curing. CONSTITUTION: A tire vulcanizing device comprises a mold(2) placed outside the space in which a green tire to be vulcanized is inserted, a bladder(3) placed inside, a first pipe(4) injecting high temperature and low pressure media, a second pipe injecting low temperature and high pressure media, a discharge pipe(5) discharging pressure media, a programmable logic controller system(7) controlling the valve of the pipe, a third pipe(10) passing fluid having the same temperature as fluid flowing through the second pipe and the pressure higher than fluid of the second pipe, a second pipe temperature sensor(61) installed in the end of the green tire of the second pipe, and a third pipe temperature sensor(11) mounted in the end of the third pipe.
