PURPOSE: Provided is a packing container for fermented food to exhaust only fermented gas in the container by employing an air permeable film, which avoids leaking liquid content and expanding the container by fermented gas and also has a deodorant function. CONSTITUTION: The packing container for fermented food consists of: a container body(10) to put food in; a cap(20), which includes an inlet groove(21) with air holes(22) to exhaust fermented gas, a contact projection(23) to block an inlet groove(21) on the first passage(24) by sticking a label member(40) to the projection in case that the pressure within the container is lower than atmospheric pressure, a concave groove(26) connected with the inlet groove(21), the first and second passages(24,25), and the outside, and the second passage(25) to exhaust fermented gas; an absorbent composition(30), which is placed in the concave groove(26) after mixing and packing 20-30wt% mineral absorbent, 10-30wt% activated charcoal, and 30-50wt% reactive absorbent; a label member(40), which is placed on the upside of the cap(20) and blocks the inlet groove(21), the concave groove(26), the first passage(24), and the second passage(25) from outside; and a resin-based nonwoven fabric(50) on the inlet groove(21) to pass only fermented gas into.
