<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional wheelchair wherein a user has to stand up and turn sideways in getting on/off the wheelchair, and a problem of a conventional walker wherein a separate chair is necessary for resting because the walker does not have a stopper device. <P>SOLUTION: A saddle-riding type wheelchair with a moving implement, a walker, excellently adaptable to a road surface never to overturn is provided. The walker with a stopper device is connected to the saddle-riding type wheelchair with a double hinge to dispense a user from standing up or turning the direction, which are necessary for the user to get on/off a conventional wheelchair, so that the user can get on/off the wheelchair from behind without standing up. The disabled user can safely ride on a saddle only by drawing an elbow pad of the walker close to the user in the sitting posture on a bed, pressing the pad with arms or elbows and stopping the wheelchair, and raising the hips and moving the hips forward with the weight applied on the pad. In a bathroom, the user can easily sit on a toilet seat by pulling the saddle-riding type wheelchair facing backward to the front of the toilet seat, pressing the pad to raise the hips and moving the hips backward.
