<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound field controller capable of outputting a sound signal for realizing an optimum sound field space for a listener even when the listener changes in position or angle to speakers. <P>SOLUTION: Provided are a speaker detecting device 6 which detects distances and angles to the speakers, a listener detecting device 9 which detects the distance and angle to the listener, a sound field adjusting device 10 which calculates the relative positions of the speakers and listener in a sound field space according to a signal of the distances and angles to the speaker detected by the speaker detecting device 6 and a signal of the distance and angle to the listener obtained by the listener detecting device 9, and generates sound field adjustment signals by a plurality of channels, and a sound processor 11 which generates sound signals to be outputted from the speakers according to the sound field adjustment signal generated by the sound field adjusting device 10 and controls sounds to obtain an optimum sound field space for the listener. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
