<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball-point pen which can extract a gas to be deaerated in an assembling process and can prevent the quality of the ball-point pen from being deteriorated regardless of the kind of an ink. <P>SOLUTION: The ball-point pen is equipped with a ball-point pen tip 1 with a writing ball 2 being a writing part, an ink storing tube 8 storing the ink 9 inside, and a joint 10 connecting the ball-point pen tip 1 with the ink storing pipe 8. The joint 10 is composed of at least two components, and among the components composing the joint 10, at least one gap G1 is formed, and under a condition where the ball-point pen tip 1 and the ink storing tube 8 are connected with each other with the joint 10, an opening face of the gap G1 does not face to an ink face of the ink storing tube 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
