PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for inspecting quickly and highly sensitively fine unevenness flaws on a surface of a rolling bearing. SOLUTION: The rolling bearing 1 is held to a rotary table 2 rotated at a fixed speed, is moved radial-directionally to be scanned while bringing a probe 5 of a scanner 3 into contact with an end face of an outer ring 11, and a signal corresponding to unevenness on the surface is detected by a vibration sensor 6. The detected signal is signal-processed in a signal processor 4, and a pulse signal is generated when exceeding a preset threshold value to be counted.
