SOLUTION: In this sandwich immunoassay method of the Japanese cedar pollen protein Cryj1, the first antibody for recognizing an amino acid sequence DNPIDSCWRG of the Japanese cedar pollen protein Cryj1 and the second antibody for recognizing an amino acid sequence FTGHDDAYSDDKSMKVT of the Japanese cedar pollen protein Cryj1 are used.
