PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly versatile suspension conveyor capable of simplifying a structure and properly preventing displacement at the time of transfer. SOLUTION: The suspension conveyor 1 is provided with workpiece support parts 16 having flat supporting faces and arranged at three positions or more; a plurality of transfer position set means 20 abutting on an outer peripheral outline edge part of a workpiece W and setting a transfer position of the workpiece W to the suspension conveyor 1; and displacement prevention means 30 arranged to have a predetermined positional relationship with the transfer position set means 20, abutting on the workpiece W arranged in the transfer position, and preventing displacement of the workpiece W.
