PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator capable of enhancing convenience by increasing the degree of freedom in installing a position or a layout without requiring any separate fixing and holding member. SOLUTION: The stator comprises a stator segment 2A composed of pole teeth 3A and a yoke 3B and having a coupling part 16 on the side face, and a stator segment 2B composed of the pole teeth 3A, the yoke 3B and a fastening part 14 provided on the yoke 3B and having the coupling part 16 on the side face. The stator segments 2A and 2B are coupled through the coupling part 16 such that the stator segment 2B is located at the fastening position of the stator 10A and the stator segment 2A is located at a non-fastening position.
